Arrange a return

Should you wish to return any goods from your order for an exchange or a refund please contact us first within 7 days from receipt your order (7 days cool off period applies). Our email address is info@purpless.co.uk

Please do not return any orders to us without prior contact with us.

All informed returns must be send back to us by post within 7 days from the date you receive returns instructions. All returned goods must not have been used in any way and must be in their original saleable condition as delivered to you, i.e. original clear foil bag and all tags and labels intact. We aim to process all returns in receipt date order and within up to 14 days from receiving your item.

If your order arrives faulty please contact us as soon as it is possible and we will endeavor to exchange it as quickly as possible. Should a direct exchange not be available, we will refund the value of the item to you.

A refund/exchange can be given only if the item is returned within the specified above time limit however postage and packaging is non-refundable. We're sorry, but we are unable to offer a free returns service, return postage cost is customer's responsibility. Please ensure you keep receipt from post office as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange for non returned goods. It is therefore recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods you are returning.

We can not accept returns of bra sets (bras + bottoms) due to hygiene reasons.

Returning goods that are damaged or show signs of wear and tear may result in deductions from your refund to make up for any value lost.

We reserve the right to change the above returns terms and condition at any time and without giving prior notice.
